About Constance

Constance provides comprehensive primary care for the entire family. 

Expertise

Certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center with additional certifications in advanced cardiac and pediatric advanced life support, Constance most recently worked at Lexington Medical Center’s urgent care centers in Batesburg-Leesville and Swansea, South Carolina, assessing the physical and psychosocial status of patients, interpreting tests, formulating and implementing treatment plans, and performing minor surgical procedures. Prior to this role, she worked with Medical Center Hospitalists, a Lexington Medical Center physician practice in West Columbia, and provided daily management of medical patients, including those with pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation, stroke, cellulitis, diabetes, sepsis and anemia, among other conditions. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and the American Nurses Association.

Background

Constance graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Alfred University in Alfred, New York, and earned a Master of Science in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. Constance has more than 40 years of experience caring for patients of all ages, including urgent care, internal medicine, cardiology and critical care.
