Nurse was friendly. Dr Cooper has a great bedside manner. He was patient as he injected my foot and seemed to be empathetic with my feelings about the pain. I’m having good results so far after I got through Monday night.

Dr Nguyen is excellent. He fully explains everything. He does not leave out any options and he is very personable. It is nice to have a doctor you can talk to who listens.

Dr. Kutyla is one of the BEST Dr's I have ever had the pleasure of having. He spent time actually listening to me and took the time to explain everything to me and actually because of his care and his hard work trying to figure out what was going on with me, I actually received a diagnosis that no one else took the time to look into and do lab work etc. It took over 20 yrs before getting diagnosed and I couldn't be more impressed and thankful, even though the diagnosis is lifelong with no cure, I feel he saved me years and years of unnecessary suffering and pain. He should be recognized as ONE OF THE BEST!!!!

Dr Bearden is as concerned about your problem as you are if not more. Staff and caregivers have great patient/provider bedside manner. We are scheduled for surgery and they took time to explain, answer questions, and were attentive towards the goals ahead.

Dr Richards is an excellent health care professional. We drive all the way to Chapin to see her, even though there are other podiatrist less than a five minute drive from our house.

Dr. Bearden explained the problem and potential treatments very clearly and did not push me to choose surgery, but took into account my age, lifestyle, and preferences. He then advised me on potential treatments and resources for relieving the pain. I was VERY pleased with his approach and his straightforward explanations. I will definitely recommend him to others!
Dr. Monis was outstanding with her assistance, knowledge, and general care for me. Though I have multiple issues she took into account all of them and assisted me with surgery and follow up specialist to facilitate the continued treatment and recovery.

Excellent bedside manner. Explained in terms I could understand and offered suggestions for overall foot health beyond this appointment. Made a stressful appointment very pleasant and pain free with no anesthesia, just skillful technique. I was worried the procedure would be painful.
As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 20 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information including demographics and insurance, if you are a new patient, have a new problem, and if we have not seen you in this office within 6 months. If you arrive late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without at least a 24 hour notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you've had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7-10 business days. We normally review the test results with you at your next scheduled appointment. We will contact you via phone or MyChart with an update if we are changing your treatment plan.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Health care Power of Attorney forms may be executed with our Guest Services department at the Main Hospital. Please contact Guest Services via our Action Line at (803) 791-2342 and they will assist you. We do require an up-to-date Healthcare Power of Attorney for all disabled adults unable to make and/or communicate medical decisions before we see and treat the patient. If you have a minor patient and someone other than the guardian is bringing the child for treatment, we will need either a Healthcare Power of Attorney on file or satisfactory communication from the guardian ahead of the appointment.
