Everyone was wonderful! My son had surgery for an ingrown toenail, and they did a great job of talking him through the numbing shots, which is the painful part. They were so patient with him!
I enjoyed our visit and meeting this physician very much.
The timeliness in getting an appointment was wonderful.

I’m sure this doctor is very knowledgeable, but she lacks the people skills, skills of connecting with her patients, that makes it hard for me personally to get the care I feel like I need. She did write prescriptions that I needed that may have helped my progress — maybe. I’m just not comfortable with continuing care with this provider. Everything seems too scripted and just thrown at me. I’m sure she’s trying to help … but it just doesn’t work for me.
Dr. Cooper is an Awesome doctor and professional and his staff does an Excellent job assisting his patients with appointments, referrals and assisting in patient care.
I really liked the doctor and the nurse that took care of me. I had never been to a podiatrist before but since I have terrible neuropathy in both feet and I am diabetic, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Both of them were very nice and patient to answer my questions and offer suggestions and how to take care of myself

The staff (front desk, doc assistant) extremely nice and helpful. The podiatrist talked very fast. I felt rushed. I felt so rushed that I forgot to ask other questions. The visit made me feel that I was late so she had to rush me through the appointment to keep her schedule on time. (I was a half hour early). Again, she smiled and was nice. She just spoke very fast and seemed like she was in a hurry.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
