My recent OB-GYN visit was very disappointing and uncomfortable. From the moment the appointment started, the provider felt extremely unpersonal and unwelcoming. There was no effort to make me feel comfortable, reassured, or informed — especially considering this was my first Pap smear. Throughout the visit, he moved through everything very mechanically, as if he was just trying to get through the appointment. He didn’t walk me through the steps of the exam, didn’t explain what he was doing, and didn’t check in with me about pain or discomfort. The lack of sensitivity and communication made the experience feel rushed, cold, and unnecessarily stressful. For such an intimate and vulnerable type of appointment, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, care, and bedside manner. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and uncared for. I hope this provider becomes more mindful of how important compassion and communication are in women’s health. following, I will be requesting a new gynecologist.
Dr. Ridenhour is always a pleasure to see. She’s always caring, takes the time to answer all your questions and is genuinely concerned with my care and wellbeing.

I have seen 9 OBs in the last 12 years. Sarah Inabinet is the only one who didn’t make me cry or feel judged. Many others were within LMC and many were not. She is hands down the best OB you have. I recommend her to everyone and I’m so glad she’s young because I would have an actual panic attack if she retired and I have to find another new OB.

Dr. Inabinet and I did not get off on the very best foot when I started seeing her a couple years ago. But. My last couple of visits I could tell she made it a point to be as attentive as she could be and address any needs I might have. I appreciated the effort very much. Dr. Inabinet was the most attentive and reassuring OB I have ever had and I wish I found her years ago. I can’t image how much better my pregnancy and birth would have been with her on my care team. As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
