Everyone is always kind and courteous when I visit here . Hunter has a great bedside manner .he listens to my concerns and addresses them .I never feel rushed out of there .
Dr Fravel is a fantastic doctor. This visit was primarily medication management but when I do have something going on with me he takes the time needed. I know he is probably on a tight schedule to see as many patients as possible but he has never made me feel rushed or brushed off.
Dr Fravel and his nurse always provide outstanding medical care, concern and practice for me. I know I am receiving the best medical and personal care available. The front desk and payment area is also very good. Thanks to all.
Dr. Nunnery is an excellent primary care physician. He listens carefully when I describe my symptoms. With his recommendation, I was provided the information and testing to make informed decisions about my individual plan of care. I love Dr Callis Wolfe from the day I meant her. I moved here from another state. I have many health issues over the 10 yrs or so I’ve seen her. She is a Dr that explains where I understand my problems. Always on top of my care. Very nice and caring for her patients I feel. Everyone there is nice. My son and granddaughter and other family members come to this group.

New to SC. Come from CA where we have excellent care. Also have a brother who is a Radiologist at Cleveland Clinic. I was very pleased with Dr. Blaunts knowledge, his calming demeanor and approach. Nice to have a young doctor relatively new to medicine be humble and open. Will have him as long as he stays in the area! Good hire!
Dr. Blount was great I intend to stick with him as my primary care doctor. He takes his time, listens and I felt comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone. Also, his care team that works along with him was great too. The receptionists, his nurse and the lady that did my labs were very kind people. I wish I found this office and doctor sooner.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
School excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment, or the patient or parent/guardian (if a minor) calls the office during business hours on the day the patient is absent. If the patient is absent for more than two consecutive days, an office visit will be required to get an excuse for the absence.
