I honestly feel that I couldn’t have a better physician managing my care. She always makes me feel heard and validated. Dr. Castleberry and her staff are truly outstanding!
I have been with Dr. Stallard since my children were born so that says a lot. When you have a doctor who pray with you, he’s a keeper. May God continue to let him share his light upon his people.
Nurse and Dr. Castleberry were amazing. The whole office takes women’s care seriously and made me feel heard, seen and reassured that my concerns were real and important to discuss with them. The small touches throughout the office such as real fabric gowns and sheets used for Pap smears were perfect. I felt comfortable throughout the whole visit. Not only did I not have to feel like I had to plead my case for my health but I left with an action plan and feeling hopeful for feeling much better in the future!
Dr. Stallard is an outstanding doctor. I was referred to him years ago and was not disappointed with the care I received. Now even though I’ve moved and drive 45 minutes to Lexington Women’s, it’s worth the trip. He’s continues to be the best!
Dr Castleberry has the absolutely the best bedside manner of an OB GYN doctor I have ever had! She is informative, compassionate and sweet. Oh and also gentle while performing exams. I feel fortunate to be under her care and it's obvious to see why she's a Rockstar in the gyno 🌎 world. I am glad that I have such a great team of professional medical staff ⚕️ to turn to in these crazy times even though I don't have kids. They are both gems. I wish her wait times weren't so crazy. But I guess that speaks to how skilled she is...
Dr. Jamie Brown Price is the best gynecologist I have ever had. She is so loving and kind to her patient. She takes her time to answer all your questions. Best care ever! Thank you
My appointment was made sane day. Jennifer Pittard was great. And all office staff. Unfortunately I have no health insurance. Paid in full before visit. Felt charge was excessive but very pleased I'm well. Not everyone is fortunate enough to be able to pay.
Jennifer is one of the best , most kindhearted doctors I have ever seen, Front desk staff is so friendly at checkout and check in. Very nice clean building. Would recommend this practice in a heartbeat!

Dr Stallard always takes such great care of his patients! The lab tech did a great job drawing my blood- I wish I remembered her name. Great experience all around.
Doctor and nurse were awesome. Very caring and informative, and also listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. I wasn’t very happy about waiting for the doctor to come in the room. I waited for 32 minutes after the nurse left the room for the doctor to come in. I think that was a bit excessive. Overall I am very satisfied with my office visit.
From the time I walked into the practice and until my exam was completed, I was treated by friendly, caring faces and felt comfortable by the staff working with me.
I drive over an hour one way just to see Dr. Castleberry. She and her staff are excellent. They are so caring and love what they do. I wouldnt have it any other way!

Dr. Garrick is extremely knowledgeable and does a wonderful job of explaining benefits and risks of any treatment. She does a thorough inspection and investigation when it comes to yearly checkups or appointments due to issues. She listens very well and does not make me feel bad or dumb for asking questions or even when I mention issues that I feel I may be dealing with. She goes through various ideas of what may be the cause and she is usually spot on with what treatments or cures that work best for feminine issues. Dr. Garrick is friendly, compassionate, wise and an all around excellent health care provider.
Dr Pittard was extremely personable and professional. I would highly recommend her to others. The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming as well.

I love the care I receive from Dr Phillips and her nurse [...]. They are always very prompt, supportive & communicative. I can not say better things about them.
During our anatomy scan we asked the provider questions regarding recommending a pediatrician and she replied “well there’s none I wouldn’t recommend.” We are first time parents and are asking questions to learn as much as possible and don’t always feel like our questions are answered. We asked LMC induction rate and policy and we were asked in response “what do you mean by rate and what do you want to know” by the provider. It’s very discouraging and challenging as first time parents when you’re needing a little extra time and explanation from your doctors about this exciting experience!
I feel that the doctor I have recently been seen by is sort of dismissing some of my concerns. There was one new issue I brought up that had something to do with a medication they prescribed to me, but it was not addressed after I mentioned it. Whenever my doctor is in the room, it feels that my appointment only last for about 5-10 minutes and that I have been left with no real answers.

Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
