I realize we showed up 17min before closing, but we were checked in, triaged, and back within 5 min. We left at 502pm. It was the fastest we have ever been seen and it was amazing care. Thank you.
Awesome experience as always Care provider has Great communication with me along with explaining everything also listen to my concerns with care and compassion while guiding me in the right direction .
Dr Marion is the finest, most thorough, compassionate and knowledgable family physician I’ve ever had. I consider him a true friend whose love and care for his patients radiates from him. I am so blessed to know him and have him care for me.
They done an amazing job had me feeling better before left and the nurse i cant. remember her name but she was hilarious i said lawd im gonna have to go in just to see her everyday. i love her energy!
Dr. Marion and staff were exceptionally. And i felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire medical staff—doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and everyone in between—was exceptional. They took the time to ensure I understood everything about my care, often going above and beyond. A nurse practitioner even drew a diagram to explain my condition in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone without a medical background.
The level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel right at home. The bedside manner of everyone I interacted with was truly remarkable, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone for making my visit so positive.
i was a walk in and while i did have a wait a while the doctor lady she was very friendly and understanding about how long i had been waiting for and helped get me out as fast as she could while also helping me
All the providers are great, only down side is as a patient I sometimes feels rushed in regular appointments and I don't get to tell my provider all my issues.
I have an hearing issue and they were very helpful in explaining everything to me and my husband came to help with my understanding of what was said. I really do not have a definite care provider since I’m hardly ever sick. But I will consider going back if it is necessary for me to go again. It is convenient for me to travel there as well.
I always feel like I've been well cared for at Swansea Urgent Care. Nurses, techs, & NPs are professional & easy to talk to. We are so blessed to have them just a few minutes away!
I had been physically struggling for over 6 weeks. I had already seen a doctor but I wasn't getting any better. She explained everything to me and prescribed medication for me. 2 days in, the issues I've me relief that I hadn't had in over 6 weeks. I m continuing to improve. Thank her so much!
