  All of the ladies in Lexington Women’s Care are polite, respectful and kind to me when I am there for appointment. They are also prompt and considerate of my schedule.

  Did not take the time to even introduce herself or get to know me when she walked in the room and this was the first time I’ve ever met her. Just immediately said “what are your concerns.” When I told her my concerns she just brushed them off. Will not be seeing her again. No bedside manner.

  Receptionist was beyond nice and super friendly. I was comfortable as soon as I walked through the door because I was so nervous at 1st. My doctor was sweet and very professional. I felt comfortable the entire time

  My experience with NP Ms. Toole was not positive. She appeared rushed, did not introduce herself, and did not provide clear explanations about my concerns or the cervical exam. I felt uncomfortable and not cared for during the visit
