I was experiencing a miscarriage, and if it had not been for the nurse who recommended that I go to urgent care, I likely would not have sought medical attention before my first appointment because I thought I was experiencing normal symptoms . Her guidance was invaluable during a very difficult and confusing time. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive. They made me feel like I wasn't alone in what I was going through and helped reassure me during an emotionally devastating experience. Their compassion and bedside manner made a tremendous difference. I believe it is especially important for healthcare providers to show empathy when dealing with something as sensitive as pregnancy loss, and this team exceeded my expectations. The nurse and doctor work wonderfully together, and I could not have asked for better care, concern, or support during such a difficult time.

Complete eCheck-in with MyChart.
As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.
Please contact our billing department in Customer Service for assistance with your account at (803) 791-2300.
Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Referrals
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
