About the Trial

The EA1242 trial, also known as the RxFINE-Low study, is a randomized Phase III clinical trial evaluating whether post-surgery hormone therapy combined with the targeted drug ribociclib can safely replace chemotherapy for specific breast cancer patients. The purpose of the study is to determine if patients with high anatomic risk but low genomic risk can safely forgo chemotherapy without increasing their chances of the cancer returning.
