Dr. Amanda Warner is a great medical doctor. I'm very comfortable speaking with her about anything pertaining to my feet, treatment options, at home care and follow-ups. This is my body and she allows me to inform her of my issues. And then we have real discussions (the potential good & potential worse case scenario's).

Of the 3 Podiatrist I have seen, Dr. Bearden is far and above the best. He gave me the options and explained the risk and benefits of each along with his recommendations. Could not have asked for a better visit.

Dr Nguyen was great. He took time to inform me about my condition and outlined what needed to happen to remedy the situation. He took time to quickly establish a bit of rapport to create a good environment prior to my procedure. Dr Richards is an excellent health care professional. We drive all the way to Chapin to see her, even though there are other podiatrist less than a five minute drive from our house.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 20 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information including demographics and insurance, if you are a new patient, have a new problem, and if we have not seen you in this office within 6 months. If you arrive late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without at least a 24 hour notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you've had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7-10 business days. We normally review the test results with you at your next scheduled appointment. We will contact you via phone or MyChart with an update if we are changing your treatment plan.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Health care Power of Attorney forms may be executed with our Guest Services department at the Main Hospital. Please contact Guest Services via our Action Line at (803) 791-2342 and they will assist you. We do require an up-to-date Healthcare Power of Attorney for all disabled adults unable to make and/or communicate medical decisions before we see and treat the patient. If you have a minor patient and someone other than the guardian is bringing the child for treatment, we will need either a Healthcare Power of Attorney on file or satisfactory communication from the guardian ahead of the appointment.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
