Dr. Madden is a great listener and concerned physician. He makes you feel you are his only patient and has all the time in the world. All the staff, reception, lab, office and nurses were pleasant and professional.
Haleigh Taylor is always very polite and positive at my follow up appointments she shows a genuine interest in my Prostate cancer treatments and my current test results

Dr. Gudipally is an excellent doctor, she cares for you as an entire person professionally and personally. All illnesses are serious thing, but cancer has one that is so hard for people to face. I am very fortunate to have her as my doctor and I’ve recommended her to other people at our cancer Support Group and they are very happy with her. She’s the entire package please make sure that you guys always keep her there. It would be a disservice to Lexington health and many other patients, if she would not be there.

Jennifer Peagler is an excellent caregiver. My visits with her are always uplifting. She is sensitive to my thoughts and input. She is also thorough and discusses options either me. I am very grateful that she is my caregiver.
I was very nervous about this appointment, but from the lady that scheduled my appointment definitely eased my anxiety. On the day of appointment every person i came in contact with was absolutely amazing. Thanks to Fromt desk, nurse and doctor for making me feel welcome and very comfortable.
My mother was seen by Haleigh Taylor. We were extremely pleased with her bedside manner. She is obviously knowledgeable and she is genuinely concerned about her patients. She explained our questions in a way that we understood what is going on with mother and what we can expect down the road.

N.P. Allman is a fantastic professional! Her listening skills are outstanding! I had concerns about whether I should keep the routine appointment for the CT and Whole Body scans [...]. She suggested I make a decision after results of lab work drawn that morning. She sent me the final results 2 days after my appointment and I was able to make a decision. Every medical staff person who aided me was very professional!
This session felt rushed and I felt like she just was not interested in what was going on the. She left without saying anything so I was not sure if the visit was over or if the nurse was coming in I was not pleased
Jennifer was engaging as she always is and both friendly & professional. Everything went well including the check in & out process, blood draw and vitals.
I am having concerns about my care during this process. I am given a little booklet land met a nurse who is nice but I am kinda scared and overwhelmed by it. Anyway, I’m still concerned about what I need to do next.
As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
