My doctor was amazing! She was smart, with experience, and highly educated. She made a decision, explained it and was both patient and kind. I feel like I have finally found a doctor who can help me.

While it took a while to get my initial appointment scheduled with Dr. Naffziger, it was well worth the wait. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how my symptoms were affecting my every day life. Her approach was treating MY symptoms, as opposed to any unnecessary bloodwork to confirm my hormones levels or any other tests that could delay treatment, for perimenopause which I had for almost 6 months. She knew my symptoms were classic at my age, which ultimately outweighed her decision to immediately start treatment with HRT, after explaining any and all treatment options. She knew my quality of life has been on hold dealing with these symptoms. As a result, she listened and treated me as a patient, not according to some blood test or any other tests, that could delay my every day quality of life. Therefore, she was worth the wait. Not only the dr, but every one in the practice treated me with respect which was very comforting.

The doctor didn’t say much. She did introduce herself and shook my hand. This is my first visit with this doctor.

Provider was running behind. Seemed rushed and slightly annoyed with questions and having differing opinions. Hoping it was just an off day.

This location provided a great experience for me. At the other locations, I have longer wait times even with arriving early. This was a seamless process. Everyone was super nice to my husband and I.
