Everyone one was friendly & helpful. Dr Cline is was helpful with answering my questions & getting back with me the options & answers for my questions. The new Phy assistant was very nice & helpful.
Dr Crisp is wonderful. I feel like he is actually listening to my concerns. He asks questions to better understand the situation. He always has an answer, but he takes time to think. I don't feel like he's every in a hurry. And I would highly recommend him to family and friends. The support staff are also great. The lady who checked me in was very friendly. The girl who took me back and got my weight and blood pressure was very nice and engaged in conversation with me like we were old friends. The lady that drew my blood was also friendly and very good at her job. Her stick was almost painless. The x-ray tech was great she was funny and did a great job. My whole experience was just great
My doctor is excellent! She always demonstrates concern for any health issues I am experiencing and listens very attentively. She offers helpful explanations and practical advice for treatment. She is calm, compassionate, caring, and kind with professionalism. I have complete confidence that my doctor always has my best interest at heart. She is AMAZING!

Dr. Grimes is always attentive to my concerns, whatever they may be. He has been the only assistant I could get to treat my anxiety as I’m on a waitlist for a psychiatrist. I have recommended him a few times!

Dr. Grimes is a very nice Doctor. He always answer my questions and if it something outside of his scope of practice he will refer to someone else and they respond back within a timely manner. He gets you in and out. Will recommend to others.
Dr. grimes has always been very good at including g me in treatment plan options and explaining the pros and cons of those options. I am very happy with the care he and nurse provide.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow one to two business days for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Lab/Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Immunization Records
Please allow up to two business days on all immunization record requests. If you must call our office for an immunization record, you may be asked to leave a message with the patient’s name, birth date, and contact phone number.
School/Work Excuses
School/work excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours there will be an on-call provider who will be available for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. If an emergency occurs after hours, please have paper, pencil and pharmacy phone number available. Prescription refills will not be handled by the on-call provider nor will pain medications, controlled substances or antibiotics be prescribed to your pharmacy.
