Amy McMillan is hands down the best provider in the office and in my opinion, Lexington Medical as a whole. Dr. Roland was excellent! As a new patient at at ob/gyn visit, I appreciated her warm bedside manner. She came in to speak to me before doing the exam, which was reassuring. She talked to me without a computer, making eye contact, which is rare these days. She was very knowledgeable about current perimenopausal options, which was pleasantly surprising. She really is the epitome of what all doctors should be: warm, kind, patient, didn't rush me or make me feel like a number. As a person who is medically literate and has high standards for medical care, I was very impressed and would highly recommend her.
I love Dr Keeton! She is the absolute best doctor ever and I wish I could use her as my doctor for everything! She is always thorough and never makes you feel rushed. She explains everything and makes sure you know that you are a person and not a number. We need more doctors like her in the world!

I waited an hour before even being called back for vital signs. then i was sent back to waiting room for 20 more minutes . dr keeton came in rushed and flustered because at this point she was almost 90 minutes past my scheduled appointment . she did not listen to my concerns and then told me to follow-up . it was a waste of time .

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
