I recently visited Lexington Women’s Care Sandhills and had a very positive experience. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Addy because I was experiencing pre-menopausal symptoms. From the start, Dr. Addy took the time to sit down and truly listen to my concerns. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel heard and respected. He explained that he would run the appropriate tests before developing a treatment plan, which gave me confidence in his thorough and thoughtful approach.
His nurse was also extremely friendly and professional, and the phlebotomist who drew my labs was efficient and made the process comfortable. Overall, the entire team created a welcoming and supportive environment. I had a pleasant experience and look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Addy and his team in the future.
I always have great service when I visit Dr. Crystal Johnson’s office. She is always prompt, efficient and friendly s d her staff is always kind and professional!
I did not care for the doctor I had at LWC for my gynecological appt. She was not friendly, welcoming or warm. I did have some concerns that I wanted to address during this appt but she was dismissive about my first concern which was just recurring yeast infections. After that conversation, I decided it was just best to find a different doctor for future.
Dr Addy was present the entirety of our visit. He was patient as we asked our questions and approached his answers like a real person as opposed to robotic spewing of answers. He is very kind and makes us feel like we are in great care. Would recommend to everyone
I treated with needed respect from the time I came in until I left. All questions answered in an understanding way. I was seen and treated in a great way and time. I sat no longer than five minutes.
Dr. Austin always takes the time to talk with his patients and listen thoroughly to answer all questions and concerns within his realm of expertise and if he doesn’t know the answer, he is sure to point you in the right direction.
Dr. Linfert is amazing. She listens to your concerns and even when giving difficult news, she is gentle and comforting. I highly recommend her. The ultrasound techs, the nurses, checkout and front desk are all kind as well.
Overall, the entire Lexington care team has treated me well in reference to all my care. I've just encountered a few doctors who didn't seem to go deep enough into explaining different procedures, treatments options and reasons why the things that are happening with my body are happening. If anything, I would just ask that the doctors provide more detailed information. Lately, I've been feeling like I have to ask all the questions to get my answers. I feel like there should be a mix of what the doctor will offer up without us always having to ask the question first if that makes sense. But overall, I am happy with the care I have received. As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
