When you sign up to receive text messages from Lexington Health Hello World, you are agreeing to receive text messages at the phone number you provided to Lexington Health related to the services you receive from Lexington Health and its provider affiliates. A provider affiliate refers to a doctor or clinic that’s connected through certain partnerships to provide healthcare. Communications from Lexington Health Hello World may be sent as a text message or SMS (short message service). These text messages may include but are not limited to updates related to your appointments and visits, your MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing and payment notifications, prescription reminders, and care management.

You can opt-out of receiving text messages from Lexington Health Hello World at any time by texting STOP to 202184. Your opt-out request will generate one final text message sent to you confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from 202184. Your request to opt out of Lexington Health Hello World does not apply to and will not impact any other messages you may have agreed to receive from Lexington Health. If you want to receive text messages from Lexington Health Hello World again, you may resubscribe via your MyChart account or by texting HELP to 202184 for instructions.
