This was my first visit with Dr. Liu, and everything was absolutely top notch. He and his staff were professional, attentive, and made the entire experience seamless. I felt well cared for from start to finish and would highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Liu is my new doctor because my doctor retired. I absolutely think he and his staff are wonderful! He is very personable and also explains everything in detail that I understand. If I have any questions when I leave his staff always answer any questions. I would definitely recommend.
Dr. Liu and his assistant nurse were both exceptional. I will recommend them to family and friends. Dr. Liu is very thorough and identified a life threatening issue. Because of his thorough assessment and after lab results were available, he instructed me to go to seek emergency care immediately which saved my life.
Dr Wilson and his nurse are excellent. They listen to all of our concerns. They respond promptly to phone and text messages. I wouldn't change them for anything or anyone else.

Doctor Liu is a tremendous physician. He is brilliant and approachable, kind and caring, and notices the small things. His work of healing has made a deep impact on my overall wellbeing & I have encouraged others to seek him out for care. I’m grateful to God that I found Dr. Liu because I rest assured knowing if something bad happens in my health, he will be there for me (he has been multiple times) and I don’t have to be scared of the process or if I don’t understand. I absolutely love Dr. Tucker and have referred a number of people to her and they too love her! She is ALWAYS very attentive to my health and concerns and answers messages on my chart very timely! She went above and beyond to get my MRI scheduled and scheduled quickly! Don’t ever let her leave! Lol

Doctor Hooks is fantastic. Me and my wife love his medical knowledge he's very open-minded and his opinion seems to be very authentic we have been going to Dr hooks over 10 years.. his opinions matters and we will continue on with the services from Lexington hospital as whether the staff which is very awesome as well.

I met Dr. Peterson by chance [...]. He started a conversation after noticing how many other ant-acids I was taking. He was very pleasant and genuinely concerned. To sum it up, we've had a really good Dr.-patient relationship for about 32 years and counting. I'm going to struggle when he retires. I simply don't want a different PCP.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow one to two business days for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Lab/Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Immunization Records
Please allow up to two business days on all immunization record requests. If you must call our office for an immunization record, you may be asked to leave a message with the patient’s name, birth date, and contact phone number.
School/Work Excuses
School/work excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours there will be an on-call provider who will be available for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. If an emergency occurs after hours, please have paper, pencil and pharmacy phone number available. Prescription refills will not be handled by the on-call provider nor will pain medications, controlled substances or antibiotics be prescribed to your pharmacy.
