She has more than five years of experience in geriatric medicine and most recently provided primary care services and promoted wellness in patients ages 60 and older at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Internal Medicine – Westchester in High Point, North Carolina, as well as supervised care for patients ages 18 and older.

Background

A graduate of Florida A&M University in Tallahassee with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in public health, Dr. Wilson earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. She then completed an internal medicine residency at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina, and a geriatric medicine fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
