  Upon entering premises I was greeted with a smile and quickly checked it. I love Dr. Hooks nurse, she always put my mind at ease with my white coat phobia and this visit was no different. She takes the time to listen to everything I have to say. She checked that I didn't need any proscriptions refilling before leaving the room. Dr. Hooks, as usual very straightforward in a loving nurturing way. Reassured me about my concerns and leave the door open for me to return if health concerns not resolved. I love this provider and his staff members. Wonderful environment.
