Kim is incredible. She truly cares about her entire patient - not just their diagnoses. More medical professionals should be like Kim - and the medical facilities should be proud to have staff like her.
Dr Fanguy is amazing. First appointment with her and she seemed more concerned and wanting to help me figure out what is wrong with me than any doctor I have seen before. Care provider made me feel physically uncomfortable and had virtually no bedside manner. Seemed to be rushing through my appointment and did not give clear instructions.

Dr Lenke was able to diagnose my condition when no one else could after over a year of visiting other physicians. In one visit he was able to significantly change my life with changing my medications by truly listening to my concerns. I could never thank him enough.

Dr. Sinclair was very personable. He leaned forward as he spoke indicating concern. He responded to my request to spell possible conditions and ordered a test that would support one of his two diagnoses. I appreciated his gentle demeanor while delivering some fearful outcomes.
No bed side manner at all. Asked me questions from behind a computer screen. I had to lean my head over to even see him. Dr seemed to know his stuff, but was very impersonal.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.

Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
