Shel is very thorough and truly cares about her patients. She is a straight shooter and very knowledgeable. She doesn?t pretend to know it all and gives honest answers /feedback. I love her bedside manner and how down to earth she is. I?m grateful that she listened to me or we never would have made our recent discovery.
Provider was very professional, very knowledgeable and did a lot to assure the patient that she would do the best to help resolve the situation or treat the situation
If your chronically ill. A lot of medical providers will judge you before tou step a foot in the office. She did not. She is very professional and explains things well.
Kim was WONDERFUL! I didn't feel rushed which was so refreshing. She asked so many questions which I appreciated as I have a hard time remembering things and would possibly leave out things thinking they weren't relevant.
Mrs. Smith was very pleasant and extremely thorough. She showed concern for my issues and was very reassuring we would get to the bottom of my symptoms. I would highly recommend her!
Charlene is one of the best NP?s we have had. And that statement can includes doctors as well. She is very kind and considerate and explains things in a way that you have no questions.
Charlene Smith has been better than the specialist I was seeing in August Ga. And she has helped me more with my Parkinson?s than any other doctor. She is excellent.
Dr. Fanguy is a wonderful doctor and I am so glad my doctor recommended me to see her. She has been very helpful in my health journey and a great source.
Dr Sinclair was very informative, professional and listened to me and my needs for my husband. Would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.
Sarah listened and questioned before then provided thoughtful observations, suggestions and comments. I hold her medical talents and patient interest in the highest regard.
I would definitely recommend this practice to all my friends and family professional as well as very personal. I feel I’m being treated by a family member.
Shelcey Hussey NP was very professional and provided an environment of care and management which was very reassuring. She is an excellent communicator and medical guide which helped me understand my condition and treatment options. I sincerely look forward to her continued care.
Dr Sinclair has helped me to realize the reality of my family members with the same symptoms. I’m so grateful tohave him there, to help me through this challenge.
NP Hussey is always so kind and helpful. She shows that she cares and she tries to follow a more holistic, whole-patient approach when treating you which is rare but so needed in the medical field today. She is involved in all aspects of patient care and so relatable. She’s a great NP.
Charlene is the best. Her knowledge , attention, compassion, and care is exceptional. Also, Charlene's nurse is great! And the lab tech was exceptional! She had begun the blood draw whatever I thought I was waiting for the 'stick' :)
Shelcey was engaged, willing to listen and by FAR the best experience I have had at LMC. I will not see anyone else if possible at anytime. She is amazing
The nurse practitioner was very nice friendly and had and gave me a lot of insight about what we can do and she’s the first person in a long time that has ever wanted to do x-rays or anything like that.
This past visit was my very first encounter with Dr. Sinclair. He was prompt, professional. Informative, and has excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend!! Thank you Doc
Charlene Smith was very thorough. It was obvious that she was well-prepared and familiar with my medical history before walking in the examination room
This is not a dx I would have ever wanted to receive. I appreciate the prudence of the specialist I saw and applaud his clarity. Definitely need more like him around. In all specialties.
The intake nurse was nice but the Doctor made several comments that were misogynistic and unprofessional. I I also could hardly get a word in to ask a question. He was knowledgeable and explained my diagnosis well but could work on manners.
Charlene was very patient while I talked about head to toe issues. Discovered my essential tremors worsened with stress. She?s very knowledgeable about EDS and I?d recommend her to anyone because of her listening skills. Even recently recommended LMC to others who are finding it hard to find caring and compassionate doctors with EDS,POTS knowledge.
So I do not remember the nurses name that took my vitals but she was the most pleasant and informative nurse I have ever had to deal with. She was absolutely a pleasure to have meet. And my provider the nurse practitioner was also very informative and I felt I was heard and she genuinely cared for my recovery. A huge thank you to these two ladies.
Dr Fender spent a lot of time with me and listened to all of my concerns. She went into very detailed information with me about several different options of testing that can be done. I told her that I would definitely think about them. She's about the 2nd doctor that I've seen that took the time and was very patient with me. I would highly recommend her. I Appreciate her so much.
This was my first visit with Sarah Fender, and I am so thankful that I am on her patient load. She listened to my concerns, helped me figure out how to maintain the incredible migraine control that I have at the moment, and I feel confident that she will continue to walk the path of migraine treatment with me with wisdom and empathy.
NP Sarah Fender was EXCELLENT!
I Have never had a medical professional
take as much interest in me as she did. I wish
All the medical professionals I see would take
The time with me as she did. Absolutely wonderful.
Dr Chowdary didn’t even address the reason I came in for. The visit was a total waste of time. He is NOT caring or concerned about you at all he shows no empathy at all!!!!! I left feeling so disappointed & don’t know what to do next.
