Front desk did a great job of getting everyone checked in especially under the circumstances. She was working alone. Doctor Johnny Smith was very attentive and I didn't feel rushed. He also is very kind; friendly and patient. Blood withdrawal went smoothly and the lady in x-rays was very professional, comforting and friendly.

My 9am visit (annual physical) went smoothly from registration, to nurse, to Dr, and lab test. I am a new patient and moved from VA. Dr. Smith was able to find all my medical records from my chart. I did fast before I went for my first visit so I got the blood test done. My lab results came back in pm. I went into MyChart app and found my results. Dr. Smith also sent me a summary of my results. I am very impressed with the professional care I received. Thx.
