Dr. Hicks and all the staff at LFP have ALWAYS been exemplary in all my interactions with me. Any questions or concerns I have had have been addressed in a very timely matter and I feel they go out of their way to be pleasant, attentive, and positive in all areas. We have [...], and [...] and i, and [...] have been seeing Dr Hicks for years! Dr Hicks always takes care of our needs and issues with a professional manner, and a genuine care for us and our family! That is why we continue to come to Lexington family practice in West Columbia because of the excellent care that we always receive. The front desk staff is always friendly and we have been check out is amazing as well! She always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to handle any extra appointments we need or doctor's notes that we need! All [...] of my babies were delivered at Lexington medical center in West Columbia and we continue to receive good care from not only the hospital but the West Columbia office on Platt springs road! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hicks and his nurse! Thank you so much for having such an excellent staff to take care of patients!
