Dr. Bradley Word is an exceptional doctor. He takes the time to actively listen by sitting down, using good eye contact and patiently waiting, without interrupting to hear my concerns. He has a very calming presence and encourages me to be part of the decision making process in developing a treatment plan. He continually educates me on newly developing approaches to my specific medical conditions, and considers treatment options that align with my personal values. Dr. Bradley Word is deeply empathic and wholistic in his approach. I am very grateful that he is my primary care doctor.

Dr. Word spends time and listens to my concerns and problems. Always explains his diagnosis, answers my questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed . Dr. Word displays all of those characteristics and skills inherent in great physicians, not only knowledge and wisdom on all of the complexities of internal medicine but also attentiveness to the patient in the room along with a kind and listening demeanor. Internal medicine is all the better for physicians like him who are emblematic of what it means to be a doctor!
