A graduate of the University of North Carolina in Greensboro with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Dr. Thomas completed the Medical Science Program at the Medical College of Pennsylvania — Hahnemann University in Philadelphia before earning her medical degree from East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. She then completed her internal medicine and pediatrics residency there.
Dr. Thomas most recently provided inpatient care as a hospitalist at Novant Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
