He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American Osteopathic Association and the Society of Hospitalist Medicine. He has served as chair of the Hospitalist Department at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, New York.
In addition, Dr. Freiberger has previously worked as a clinical professor at Lake Eric College of Osteopathic Medicine, Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, the University of England College of Osteopathic Medicine and taught with the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners National Faculty.
