Dr Brian is the best primary care physician I’ve seen. He is always very attentive, reassuring, and thorough. I have a lot of health anxiety and so when I come in for things that are most likely nothing serious, he never makes me feel dumb or crazy for coming to see him. Dr. Bryan is very kind and very knowledgeable. I feel like he really cares about me as a person and especially about my health. I find this unusual for many practitioners because I’m in my late 70s and we are often dismissed. Dr. Bryan does not do that. I have also found that he knows and provides excellent information on smaller health issues which is great because they have always been resolved with his advice, which is most appreciated.

About Dr. Bryan
Dr. Bryan is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with additional certifications in advanced trauma and cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support and advanced life support in obstetrics.
Expertise
Thomas D. Bryan, MD, graduated cum laude from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, with a bachelor’s degree in biology, and earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He then completed his family medicine residency at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, South Carolina, serving as co-chief resident. He also completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Self Regional Healthcare.
He most recently provided emergency and urgent care at Self Regional Healthcare and served as the team physician for Greenwood High School, Lander University, YMCA Gymnastics. He also assisted the football sideline physicians for Wofford College.
