Dr. Salley is the best! He saved my life by finding medical treatment that works well for me, and he is always happy to listen to my concerns. He is thoughtful, attentive, and pays attention to detail. The nurses and other staff are always incredibly kind as well. Conversations never feel intimidating, like they do at other doctor’s offices, especially as someone with complex illnesses. I always walk away feeling better than I did when I came in. The team is exceptional!

Best practice and doctor. Dr. Salley truly cares about womens’ health and is a phenomenal surgeon. He has preformed 3 C-sections and two recent life altering procedures that have given me back my quality of life. Both were significantly hindering my daily life, job, exercise and peace of mind. Dr Salley and his nurses hear what you are saying. I feel so blessed to have a physician that not only cares but knows and loves his job! I can never say enough great things about how great SC OBGYN is. I have great confidence in this practice and Dr. Salley and trust his medical expertise! My husband really appreciates the care and thorough communication he receives. Dr. Salley personally took the time to check on me after my surgery for several days along with other staff! Such professionalism and so much appreciated.

About Dr. Salley
Dr. Salley provides gynecologic services to women of all ages in the Midlands.
Expertise
He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the National Board of Medical Examiners and the South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners. He is also an American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Fellow and past president of the South Carolina Obstetrical and Gynecological Society and the Robert A. Ross Society at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Salley has a special interest in preventive medicine, advanced laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, pelvic pain and fibroids. He has extensive experience performing endometrial ablations, vaginal surgeries, reconstructions for pelvic organ prolapse and sling procedures for urinary incontinence.
