Dr. Groff is by far the best doctor I’ve ever met. She’s caring, she’s incredibly knowledgeable about mental health which I’ve struggled with my entire life so it’s refreshing. She pays attention to details about my Personal life which has always made me feel known and seen by her and not just a number, she’s kind, she listens to every concern i have and she provides detailed information I can understand regarding any and every issue I’ve gone to her about. She is never dismissive of my knowledge or feelings towards medication or treatment and she’s made it very clear that she is there to make sure her patients are getting care that is going to positively impact their life. She is a 10/10. I would recommend her to anyone looking for their primary physician.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Groff and her nurse. Dr. Groff is one of the best physicians I've seen. she has a very calming presence, takes her time during appointments, and explains everything in a clear, approachable way that truly meets you where you are. Nurse is equally wonderful & kind, attentive, and supportive, with a calming demeanor that makes you feel at ease. Together, they create a very positive and reassuring experience.

A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Christian Medical and Dental Association and the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Groff most recently completed her residency, gaining extensive experience providing a full spectrum of family medicine services to patients of all ages. She has specific interest in women’s health, sports medicine, end-of-life care and patient education.Background
Dr. Groff graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Biola University in La Mirada, California, and earned a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She then graduated cum laude from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lillington, North Carolina, with her medical degree and completed her residency at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, South Carolina.
