Dr. Guilloud provides comprehensive care to prevent, diagnose and treat adult illnesses and diseases. She also serves as Associate Program Director for the Lexington Health Internal Medicine Residency.

Board certified in internal medicine and lifestyle medicine, Dr. Guilloud is a member of the Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the American College of Physicians. She recently served as an assistant professor of medicine for the Cone Health Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as the program’s Research Elective Course director, Panel Management Curriculum director and Journal Club Curriculum director. Dr. Guilloud was also a member of the Clinical Competency Committee, Clinic Management Committee and Program Evaluation Committee, faculty advisor for the Resident Wellness Committee at Cone Health and a physician reviewer on the Hospital Peer Review Committee at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Background

Dr. Guilloud graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, and earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina, serving as chief resident.
