Dr. Moore has extensive experience in providing adult primary care services, including treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, chronic disease management and preventive care, as well as subspecialty training to expand his clinical expertise. During his residency, he was also inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for exemplifying humanistic patient care, compassionate leadership and dedication to service.

Background

Dr. Moore graduated with a bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in biomedical science from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He went on to receive his medical degree from the USC School of Medicine and complete an internal medicine residency at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.
