A magna cum laude graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, with a bachelor’s degree in history, Dr. Munger earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, where he was awarded an externship to study tropical medicine in Latoka, Fiji. He then completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Virginia Department of Family Medicine in Charlottesville.
Specializing in both primary care and emergency medicine, Dr. Munger recently cared for patients at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter, South Carolina, where he provided routine primary care and managed critical illnesses and complex traumas.
