  Cierra O'Neal is very patient and thorough when she explains things to my mother, always making her feel included in the conversation and that the conversation is one on one with her even though she is cognitively past the point of that being possible. Cierra always listens to our concerns and does what is in the best interest of the patient. She makes she the the there are no unnecessary meds being taken which a lot of doctors don't and also looks for interactions and issues with meds could have with other conditions. Fantastic medical professional I highly recommend
