He came off as very rude, arrogant, and just seemed bothered I was there at all for my problem. He literally got up and just walked out of the room as I was mid-sentence talking, trying to describe the pain I was having. Came back very dismissive and said "Oh did you have more questions" He didn't like that I had questions

The appointment felt a bit rushed so it was hard to ascertain PA Kyle’s concern for my care and my ability to be included in decision making regarding my care. I asked questions because the myriad of knee ailments were baffling and I’d never had that experience. I was very concerned. I am not sure if it landed with PA Kyle my level of concern. Again, it just felt rushed.

Kyle has always been absolutely amazing when it came to whatever I was visiting him for. He?s always been straightforward with me, but in a kind and subtle manner which I think is the only way that anybody should act especially in a medicinal scenario. I come from a family of doctors and unfortunately, I?ve been diagnosed with some heavy stuff and I?ve had doctors that just don?t care! Kyle is not one of those.
