I was seen by Kyle Schimmoeler. He was very careful to cause me as little pain as possible while evaluating my affected arm. He explained that the X-ray was limited in the information gained from it and that he would get a much better picture from an MRI. He mentioned that he had to get approval but that I should expect a call for an MRI appointment fairly soon. Once he has the radiologist?s report he can give me a more informed care plan. A follow up appointment will be made once the MRI appointment is completed. I left with the understanding that I would soon be back for treatment of some kind.

He came off as very rude, arrogant, and just seemed bothered I was there at all for my problem. He literally got up and just walked out of the room as I was mid-sentence talking, trying to describe the pain I was having. The appointment felt a bit rushed so it was hard to ascertain PA Kyle’s concern for my care and my ability to be included in decision making regarding my care. I asked questions because the myriad of knee ailments were baffling and I’d never had that experience. I was very concerned. I am not sure if it landed with PA Kyle my level of concern. Again, it just felt rushed.
