  I cannot say enough good things about the person who helped me. Her name was Nancy Furnace. She was pleasant, answered all of my questions and was very good at explaining everything I had questions about. But the best thing about her was her attitude and her smile which for me means a lot. Was completely comfortable and appreciated her patience and kindness as a lot of times going to a Dr. appointment is hurried and sometimes you are in and out with still questions that needed to be asked and explained.
