Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Drayton is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Physicians with additional certifications in advanced cardiovascular and basic life support. He has extensive training and experience in the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages, as well as multidisciplinary care coordination with other providers in a variety of clinical settings, including ambulatory, inpatient, emergent and urgent care. He also has experience in routine and high-risk obstetrics, joint injections, skin biopsies, incision and drainage procedures and suturing.

Background

Dr. Drayton earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and completed his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis. He then completed his family medicine residency at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, South Carolina.
