Beth Ann Bremer has been patient, kind, thorough, comforting in a professional way every time I have gone to her. I am deeply grateful to have her as my PCP.
Laura Johnston, MP is an incredible human being and very professional. She talks to me, not at me or over my head. I have already sent 3 of my friends to her.
Always caring, compassionate and is willing to listen to how I’d prefer to manage any concerns. Makes time to work around my schedule and is never rushed in the appointment. Wait times have been low. Quick response time to any messages and requests. Very pleased (and I’m very picky!).
Love this practice. Every single employee from the front to the medical assistants to the pcps are very nice. Always answers questions and concerns. I don't ever wait too long and I never feel rusher. Highly recommend this practice.

I had the best meeting with Dr. Johnston and her nurse. From the check in, to the nurse's blood pressure, oxygen check, weight, medications and concerns was caring, professional and put me at ease. Dr. Johnston did not keep me waiting, was very personsoable and interested. She checked my concerns, wrote my prescriptions and even froze a skin lesson on my arm. The Lab Tech was even better. She knew what she was doing, no pain with a smile. After checking out, getting new appointment, I left feeling better than I arrived. All in all, a very good experience. I await a call with test results.
Although my wife and I moved out of town, we are both willing to make the 45 minute drive to Gilbert Family Practice because the service and care is so good there.
I’ve had a GP or internist as my regular doctor for over 30 years now & so far the Gilbert location of LFP is in the top 2 of those. I have gotten my husband, a coworker & a close friend to switch to that office & everyone is so much happier than they were before.
