I can honestly say that I recommend this practice at least 20 times per month and every chance I get. I live 45 mins away and pass by 10 other LMC practices to get there. It is worth every minute of it.
Dr. Braddy and his staff are the best. Always receive excellent medical care. His attention to detail is very appreciative. He is always willing to go the extra in his care.
The staff is excellent. My only concern is that although I think my provider is a great doctor, sometimes I feel that his knowledge of medical conditions is a little lacking.
NP Bremer is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and listens to my concerns and explains things in a manner easily understand. She is always well dressed and has a vivacious and infectious personality and smile which is welcoming to me.
This practice is the best, so thankful I switched to them! Nursing staff always so helpful and supportive. Doctor Cooper is so compassionate and caring. The staff, getting folks in and out are always so cheerful and keep everyone moving in a very timely fashion.
Every time I have had any health issue this location has always taken excellent care of me, from the office staff, to the lab and the nurses and my doctor.

Dr. Foust is one of THE BEST physicians I have ever seen. He is incrediably knowlegeable , never feels rushed and he takes his time to listen to all concerns .

I had the best meeting with Dr. Johnston and her nurse. From the check in, to the nurse's blood pressure, oxygen check, weight, medications and concerns was caring, professional and put me at ease. Dr. Johnston did not keep me waiting, was very personsoable and interested. She checked my concerns, wrote my prescriptions and even froze a skin lesson on my arm. The Lab Tech was even better. She knew what she was doing, no pain with a smile. After checking out, getting new appointment, I left feeling better than I arrived. All in all, a very good experience. I await a call with test results.
Although my wife and I moved out of town, we are both willing to make the 45 minute drive to Gilbert Family Practice because the service and care is so good there.
We recently established care here because it's closer to our home. We wish we'd moved years earlier - Dr. Cox and his staff are unmatched. We feel so cared for.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow one to two business days for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Lab/Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Immunization Records
Please allow up to two business days on all immunization record requests. If you must call our office for an immunization record, you may be asked to leave a message with the patient’s name, birth date, and contact phone number.
School/Work Excuses
School/work excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours there will be an on-call provider who will be available for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. If an emergency occurs after hours, please have paper, pencil and pharmacy phone number available. Prescription refills will not be handled by the on-call provider nor will pain medications, controlled substances or antibiotics be prescribed to your pharmacy.
