I great visit per my appointment. The staff were very caring with great patient customer service. Dr. Roberts showed me care in our visit, very explanatory per the results of my ECG per my ECG administered. Asked me several questions in regards to my current feelings and excercies I was currently doing. Bottom line .... very knoweledged and caring in his Cardiology profession.
Provider has a great Bedside manner, which is hard to find. Explained everything relative to my concern and I felt very confident that I should be ok going forward.

Dr Brearley was recommended to me by a friend, so I already knew he was highly regarded. He was very straightforward but also engaging, and explained options clearly. I let him know that I have surgery scheduled this Friday so he assured me he would do his best to schedule the test I needed and review the results as quickly as possible, so I'd know if I need to cancel the surgery or could proceed with it. Even though I needed him to hurry he was so nice about it.
Always a pleasant experience from the ladies at the service desk to the nurse taking my vitals. Kaitlyn always take the time to explain things to me and gives me the opportunity to ask questions. I truly enjoy the whole staff.

Dr Jacocks has been my cardiologist for 20 years. From day one our relationship has always been excellent. He is very professional in every respect. I know he is a Christian and that is very important to me. I always look forward to my routine and procedure visits.
Caroline Kennerly is the best . She is very thorough and assertive. She ids the one that found my blockage which I think saved my life . I think she cares about her patients . She is very knowledgeable and I trust her decisions.
Dr. Jacocks took time to explain his concerns for my health in a manner I could understand and openly engaged me in treatment options. He explained what each medications role in my treatment was and possible side effects. Dr. Jacocks takes his time and I don’t feel rushed when in the exam room. Would recommend to anyone needing a cardiologist.

I had not seen this provider before and the procedure we discussed is fairly new. I’m not sure if NP Caroline Kennerly was overwhelmed because the office was pretty busy but while expressing my concerns she cut me off multiple times and I even caught her rolling her eyes like she was so annoyed.

After review of the monitoring of my pacemaker she offered additionl tests which I declined. She appreciated my thoughts and desire to be directly involved in my medical care considering necessity, cost and invasiveness of any test or direct treatment.

Stephanie Peterson, PA went over the results of the echocardiogram that I had done earlier and she reviewed all of my history. We had a thorough discussion of my lifestyle (diet, exercise, etc) and how I was feeling.
With my input, she recommended that I continue with my present course of medication and activities. I appreciate the time she took with me addressing my concerns and answering all of my questions.
Dr. Hewett has excellent bedside manner. He makes me feel like there is nothing else more important than my questions and concerns. He is detailed and helps me understand my condition and listens patiently and attentively. I never feel like he is in a hurry to get to the next patient. I feel valued and important.

This was my first visit. I really liked Dr. Lawton, but we were really just discussing my EKG and an upcoming stress test. There were no treatment options discussed yet, which I fully understood, since he needs more test results to determine appropriate options.

Dr Purohit came alongside me as a colleague in my health. He listened to me, explained possible treatment options, let me make choices based on his knowledge and experience and the knowledge and experience I have of my own body. I felt respected and I deeply valued Dr P’s wisdom. I don’t have to see him again because I’m well now but I would absolutely continue with him if I needed ongoing care from a cardiologist.
Provider spent maybe 3 minutes with me. He dismissed all of my issues and did absolutely nothing but rerun the bloodwork and tell me something was wrong but he didn't know what.

Both, the doctor and his assistant seemed genuinely friendly and approachable, as well as impressively knowledgeable, concerned and considerate. I felt like they are the kinds of allies that I want on my health journey. If the doctor had multiple specializations that I needed help with, I would patronize his other practices; I trust in his competence. And, the lady, who took my vitals was full of sunshine, warm, welcoming and cheerful, and efficient without being abrupt. They were both top notch.
After [...], I rank this healthcare facility among the best . All the staff I've interacted with were kind, personable, caring and professional. The staff actually spent time talking with me, which made me feel like a true patient, rather than just another number receiving health care under serious time limitations. So many healthcare organizations have obviously changed to getting patients in/out in very short order. When I experience that, I start looking for a new provider.

Dr. Lawton took the time to listen to me instead of rushing me through the appointment. He made me feel heard. So many times I feel doctors rush through the appointment and are not interested in my concern. Just nod and go on.
I didn’t know what to expect and coupled with urgent care and ER having conflicting lab results, I was worried that I may be brushed off or put on the back burner to sit in uncertainty for a long time. However, I was treated with great courtesy and I felt my concerns were heard in their entirety. I left with reassurance concerning [...], a follow up evaluation of [...] and a plan of action for including future appointments in the next couple of weeks and tips for monitoring my situation in the meantime. Her care allowed me to confidently address my family (especially my mom) and calm everyone’s nerves. I’m especially thankful for the ease of getting an appointment. I’m the primary caregiver for [...]. Even though I do not have a resolution, I’m far less worried about something happening when we’re alone, so we can maintain most of our scheduled outings. So far, I’ve been made to feel that if there’s something wrong, it’s going to be found and addressed. And if there’s no cardiovascular diagnosis, it will because there’s no issue and not something overlooked for want of evaluation. Also, the lab tech who drew my blood is a marvel. I’m not sensitive to needles, but even considering that, having a completely painless draw is a rarity.
Dr. Norton was extremely knowledge able concerning my neck condition and the treatment, or non treatment that may be warranted. His discussion was very useful for lay folks.
I was pleasantly surprised at the wealth of information he knew about my medical history before coming in to see me, this was my first time seeing Austin the PA. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. It is always helpful to not have to explain your history to someone new.
Doctor Lawton, is an excellent physician. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He always seems very concerned about me when I go in he’s very thorough he checks the records he looks back before he makes a decision. It’s been my pleasure to have him as my physician for many years . I feel completely safe in his treatment.
Once I understood.completely the purpose of the consultation it went fine. I was hoping to schedule another CT scan, since the one I was consulted on was [...], but I was assured there was no concern that any significant changes had taken place. I described some recent symptoms I was experiencing, but again assured these would not be connected to the consultation regarding the [...] review of the [...]. I was advised that my symptoms would be most likely connected to [...] and suggested that I consult my [...] primary care physician or go to the emergency room. I did not know that my referral to Lexington was because [...] does not have a coronary/vascular heart surgeon on staff. I am grateful for this working relationship between the [...] and Lexington.
Everyone was friendly, efficient and well informed about my condition, ready to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I feel very fortunate to have such a high caliber practice taking care of me.
The staff was above & beyond I was late because I live in the northeast & the roads are a mess on I-20. The staff worked me in. Your staff is outstanding I have no complaints. The Nurse Practitioner ordered lab work because I had not had any since last year. I knew I had to have lab work regularly due to my diagnosis. My only concern was I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment but was not taken back to see the Dr until an hour after my original arrival time. Would have appreciated being told the Dr was running behind schedule because no exam room was available (despite patients with other Drs in the practice were being taken back within 10 mins if their arrival time for their appointment).

Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.

Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
