Dr. Hugar and his staff did a wonderful job. Not many doctors listen to there patients. He listened and explained every question I had. Everything was done in a timely manner. Test results were on my chart 4 hours after my blood was drawn. Messages back from him and the office the next day were also timely. Great experience is the best way to describe the whole visit.
Very nice Doctor. Down to earth and explained everything in detail. Spent time to answer and address all questions and made sure everything was understood. Definitely recommended!!
The nurse and the PA were great. They both had to deal with something unforseen with my blood oxygen level being really low and they fixed me very quickly with an oxygen tank and clean hose. I appreciated it very much so. Thank you.

Natalie Barton is the best out of all of the Doctors/ physicians assistant. She listens to your concerns and comes up with a plan to look into the concerns by testing and medication
They are good people that works at the office and the doctor that I see are very good at what they do my doctor I see there he is a very good person that tells people everything and shows them what's going on with them the staff is really friendly always have smiles on their faces and always greets you when you come there and they call your name they always have a smile on their face they always ask you how you doing today very polite and very nice
Dr. Hugar was personable and extremely concerned with my situation and took the matter very seriously. He expedited my situation as a STAT. I feel that I am is excellent hands.
I didn't see the NP I was originally scheduled to see. That was okay though as she was extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed that I didn't have a long wait at all, and was in and out of their office in less than an hour.
Care providers were very professional and took time with me. Dr Westbrook explained my aging process related to prostate and bladder health. I learned a lot. He put my concerns at ease.

I saw Natalie for the first time as my original practioner was great but has moved on. I was a bit nervous at first but Natalie was awesome. Explained pros and cons of formulary meds and a plan was made to follow up in four months just in case we had to go with the more expensive medication so my deductible has already been met for this year. I appreciate those aspects of an office visit.
On my arrival I was greeted and in a very short period was taken to the treatment area, my visit with Dr. Smallwood was exceptional we discussed my condition and treatment options and set conditions for my next visit.
All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Huger was wonderful. He made my moths [...] feel very at ease and included. He was sincere and kind. He answered our questions and made us feel cared for.
PA Ethan is great. Very knowledgeable of my problems before seeing me and great suggestions for continued care at home and for followup. I am grateful for Ethan's knowledge and skills! Couldn't ask for better care!

Quick first appointment. Couldn’t really go in too much depth as we need to do a test to have answers. I was pleased with the front desk, the nurse and the Dr. very kind, prompt, and professional.

Natalie Barton is the best PA she didn't leave me waiting in waiting room for an hour like other Doctors she takes her time to answer all questions and is quick efficient and knowledgeable. I asked for her to be my primary physician when I have my visits here because she exhibits professionalism !!!!!
Dr Rac has been excellent so far in my prostate cancer journey and he has always helped me with a plan of action so I don't have many concerns or questions.
I grew up in Columbia and I've never used Lexington medical Center, but this has been one of the best experiences I've ever had and I will travel across the bridge to use their services as often as I can now! Dr. Rac took time to see me when I was experiencing the worse pain I've ever experienced due to a kidney stone. He is a rock star as far as I'm concerned!
Dr. Yunker was very professional and took the time to explain everything. He was very honest so not to expect anymore than what he explained. I really enjoyed my visit.
Dr. Rac is unfailingly professional as well as personable. He makes the patient feel heard and respected; we are most fortunate to have this doctor in Columbia.
What you didn’t ask was something super important! Dr Hugar is absolutely awesome / why? Because he was PREPARED to meet me - he had reviewed my chart, was familiar with my case and was everything we all want our doctor to be. Please clone him immediately. Front office staff were also great. Find more like them. They distinguish Lexington from other systems - keep their culture going!!!!!

Natalie Barton was kind to fit me into a full schedule because of my concern about an issue that was worsening. She has been patient and understanding each time that I have seen her. She is very professional and uses excellent active listening skills like 3- way communication.
My visit revealed it was not my kidney. This is why I have given neutral on some questions. Care provider was great in resolving that it was not a kidney issue.

Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
