Dr.Jackson is extremely good at what she does! She is very knowledgeable and professional, yet approachable and kind. Her empathetic approach to patient care is unmatched. She takes her time, yet is also efficient. I would recommend her as a GP to anyone, and the Lexington system in general.

Dr. Jackson always listens to everything I have to say, she never rushes the appointments, and she gives great advice. I never have to worry about whether or not she has concern for my care, because she always exhibits it. I have tried to find other PCP‘s that are closer to my home, but they never take the time, and show the true compassion that she shows, so I always come back to her.

Dr. Jackson is such a good listener.. She asks questions and thoughtfully decides the best treatment. She also asked me to call or message her in a few days to see how I was doing. I appreciate her patience and care every time I need to see her. She’s smart, caring, and never seems to be rushing out, as I have experienced with many other doctors. I always seem to have a good experience at this office and don’t have to go often, but know I will get good care when I do.
