Dr Brown is an excellent physician! She has always taken good care of me and gone above and beyond just basic care, in that she has been a strong advocate for me when my care has required strong advocacy with my insurance or other providers and/or required peer consultations or letters of support for procedures. She is an outstanding doctor, and I am so appreciative of her! She spends the time necessary to address any issues I have or direct me to the appropriate specialist, and she works very quickly and efficiently despite making me feel heard and that all me concerns are addressed! She’s amazing!

A magna cum laude graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, Pamela I. Brown, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She then completed her family medicine residency at University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina.

Dr. Brown most recently treated patients and provided acute and chronic disease management at Palmetto Primary Care Physicians in Irmo, South Carolina.
She has nearly 20 years of experience providing comprehensive family medical care. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Brown is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Her special interests include women’s health, preventive medicine and weight loss.
