Dr. Fulcher and his staff are an amazing group. They’re all very friendly and caring about your treatment. They keep you up to date about appointments and your care, as well as referrals to specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Fulcher. He has a very good bedside manner with his patients and he shows them he cares about their well-being.

Dr. Gajewski is terrific. She calls the patient by their name. She answered all my questions and thoroughly addressed additional questions about the shingles virus and vaccine. I feel like she meets people where they are and makes really practical suggestions. She treated me like a person with a high level of education and ability to process her recommendations. In a time where patients have skepticism about the medical establishment, she represents that establishment with tremendous ethical and compassionate standards. She is always smiling and is easy to talk to about prevention strategies.

Rebecca is attentive and thorough in the exam. She listens to my concerns and we discuss options. She explains the positives and negative of the options.

I felt very comfortable with Kelsey she took time with me i was supposed to be seen for a first appointment but hurt my left arm and was in a lot of pain , she knew just what to do , treated me with respect, sent me for an expat gave me prescription and made another app in a few weeks I think i hav finally found the right one

She walked in and the first thing she told me was she’s running behind so I need to limit my symptoms to only 2. But I could come back for another appointment to tell her the rest. I don’t know how anyone can get a proper diagnosis if they aren’t allowed to tell all the symptoms.

She did Rapid Fire questions, at begin, seem real interested in meds I were take, though I wasn't complain about that, I was new patient & no basic labs were done, I didn't have to wait very long! I was greeted (and other after me) when I walked in.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow one to two business days for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Lab/Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Immunization Records
Please allow up to two business days on all immunization record requests. If you must call our office for an immunization record, you may be asked to leave a message with the patient’s name, birth date, and contact phone number.
School/Work Excuses
School/work excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours there will be an on-call provider who will be available for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. If an emergency occurs after hours, please have paper, pencil and pharmacy phone number available. Prescription refills will not be handled by the on-call provider nor will pain medications, controlled substances or antibiotics be prescribed to your pharmacy.
