As usual, Dr. Brown was very professional, pleasant, and receptive to my thoughts and input. I appreciate her caring attitude and willingness to discuss and explain options.
Kelsey is awesome . She had already looked at my history and asked many questions about my current and past health issues. She had a number of suggestions and after discussing them with me , we decided on a plan to deal with my situation . So happy to have her as my primary care provider. Dr Stacy Gajewski is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and ask questions regarding my health. She has shown genuine concern for my physical and mental health as well as the stressful living conditions I now face as I take care of my aging mother and wheelchair bound girlfriend. Dr. Stacy Gajewski is without doubt the best Family physician i've ever had.

Rebecca Zobel is the best PCP I?ve ever had. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate NP and I trust her partnership and guidance with my healthcare needs.
The nurse practitioner took time to read My Chart from another state. Ms. Cook listened and did not rush the visit. She told me she would update me on the results of my test through My Chart and she followed through and also made suggestions on what I should do. I want her for my primary care doctor.
Katie listened to all my health questions from the past 15-20 years and made me feel listened to and not rushed, I really appreciated my visit with her.
Rebecca Zobel and her staff always give us excellent care and they always have genuine concern when it comes to our health. We always recommend others to come to this practice because of the great care they give to our family.
Dr Fulcher has been the most amazing PCP, he listens to you and doesn't just brush you off. He really trys to find out what is wrong and help you deal with it. His staff for the most part have always been great. I've been with him for 21yrs

Dr Fulcher and his staff are very caring and have their patient’s best interest in mind. They listen, ask questions and provide feedback to any question or concern their patient has. They are very thorough and you leave feeling you’re in good hands with their office.

NP Darden is an excellent health care provider. She was a pleasant, and knowledgeable health care provider and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all as her attention was on me. That is very rare. She’s a great addition to Harbison Medical Associates.

I selected Kelsey Darden as my primary caregiver because of her background previously working at the Lexmed Heart and Vascular Center as I have had a small heart attack. After several visits with her a new serious illness , I have been very thankful for her level of care. She works very closely with me and my new condition. I was very happy with the care from the front desk to the nurses even the provider. They were amazing and even the checkout girl I really enjoyed my visit and I learned so much about my diabetes.
My appmt with NP Cotty was very much needed and helped a great deal it pursuing a concerning health issue. She was everything one could hope for in heath care and always being available at any time.
She walked in and the first thing she told me was she’s running behind so I need to limit my symptoms to only 2. But I could come back for another appointment to tell her the rest. I don’t know how anyone can get a proper diagnosis if they aren’t allowed to tell all the symptoms.
As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow one to two business days for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Lab/Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Immunization Records
Please allow up to two business days on all immunization record requests. If you must call our office for an immunization record, you may be asked to leave a message with the patient’s name, birth date, and contact phone number.
School/Work Excuses
School/work excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours there will be an on-call provider who will be available for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. If an emergency occurs after hours, please have paper, pencil and pharmacy phone number available. Prescription refills will not be handled by the on-call provider nor will pain medications, controlled substances or antibiotics be prescribed to your pharmacy.
