Background
Dr. Tully earned his medical degree at Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, and completed his general surgery residency at Mercy Health – St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. He also served as chief resident there.
Board certified by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Tully is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Medical Association. He most recently treated patients at Advent Health Apopka in Apopka, Florida, providing a wide variety of general and minimally invasive surgery services, and he served as a clinical instructor of Surgery for Advent Health’s general surgery residency program in Orlando, Florida. He also has extensive experience in trauma and critical care from his training in the Level 1 trauma center at Mercy Health – St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
