Dr Pham's "bedside manner" is exceptional! I didn't have to try very hard, but before I had my "new do tor conversation, she answered almost every question I usually ask. The questions I did have were answered completely without making me feel looked down on, yet, she explained in a way I could understand.

Dr. Pham has always taken care of my many health issues each and every visit I've had with her!!! She was supposed to be a interm provider outside of the VA but she has now become my main primary care provider even though I'm paying out of pocket for my appointments with her. I definitely recommend her for any and all who wants a provider who truly listens and cares and will address all problems you bring to her! The staff is great as well, always helpful and professional!

I feel my doctor listened and provided solutions to help me feel better. I appreciate her listening and taking my concerns serious. My only comment is she speaks kind of fast, so for us older people we may need it a bit slower, but I was able to understand her and it was just a minor thing.
