Enjoyed my first time visit with Sarah L. Lim, DO.
My visit was not rushed. She seemed sincere and concerned about my care.

Dr Lim was new to be as my regular doctor was not available . She made me feel very comfortable and answered my questions. I was yotally satisfied with this visit.

I have never had an IM physician show such a lack of care/concern. For being a brand new patient I did not feel welcomed at all let alone understood. She didn’t take the time to even get to know me or my concerns. She had very little to say, even when I was in tears (which left me very embarrassed), hardly asked any Qs to understand my current situation or my medical history. I came very well prepared with past records to help with the process and discussion. I think the appt lasted maybe 15 mins max. Very poor experience all the way around. Suggest she work on her communication style especially with new patients if you want them to stay. Show at least a little compassion & make them feel welcome.

At best, the first OV with a new doctor is somewhat awkward for both doctor and patient. I feel that Dr. Lim and I both handled the recent visit very well. She was responsive to my questions and reached out about prescription renewals that were needed. She also addressed my latest lab results. For my part, I shared with Dr Lim both recent and historical data on home blood pressure readings. I feel good about this OV with Dr Lim. It was clinically oriented and not just a “meet and greet”.

Appears she had definitely gone over my records.
She was right on top of all my # of issues & care givers! Sure hope she stays at practice & doesn’t retire or move on like 1’s in the past!!!
Very Kind!
