Certified in cardiovascular nursing, Christopher has more than 30 years of extensive experience in providing advanced care to adult patients of all ages, including treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, chronic disease management, critical care, cardiovascular medicine and preventive care. He recently served as a cardiac intensive care nurse at the Medical University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.

Background

Christopher earned an associate degree in nursing from Regents College in Albany, New York, and earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Excelsior University, headquartered in Albany, New York. He went on to receive a master’s degree in nursing as an adult/gerontology primary care nurse practitioner at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.
