I am POA for my mother [...] who is the patient in this instance. This was her first visit back to her care provider since leaving hospice care. Her care provider Marissa Gentry and her nurse [...] showed more concern and care in one visit for a recent serious injury my mother sustained while in hospice care than the entire hospice care group team combined. I could not be more pleased to see my mother back with a care provider and nurse that actually do care about her and the care she receives.
