I wouldn't trade NP Pelletier for anything! She's both myself & my two children's primary care person & she is so incredibly kind, encouraging, informative, and prompt. It's a bit of a distance for us to come but she is worth the drive everytime I leave feeling heard, respected, informed and directed!

I always feel like I?m being included and heard by my doctor. She always gives me choices and recommendations . I never leave feeling like I don?t have a clue about what?s going on. Melanie Pellitier is an amazing practitioner. NP's and PA's should be given as much respect and clout as your MD's as a medical degree doesnt nevessarily mean they know everything nor provide better patient care.

In my experience of moving all around the country for the military and having had many health practitioners; Melanie Pelletier is the most thorough and caring provider I have ever had. I feel very comfortable talking to her and I feel seen and heard and not rushed. This is so extremely rare to find in healthcare. Several of my friends see her as well and we have all discussed how wonderful she is. 10/10 highly recommend!

Melanie provides comprehensive care to adults, including preventive care, treatment of minor and severe illnesses and chronic condition management.

Melanie is a certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with additional certification in preventive health. She is also a member of AANP, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the South Carolina Public Health Association with nearly 20 years of direct patient care experience in a variety of clinical settings.
Background
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Maine in Fort Kent with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, Melanie earned her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. She also has a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from the University of Maine, a certificate in massage therapy from Seacoast Career College in Sanford, Maine, and chiropractic doctorate from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
