Michelle is always thorough and considerate when handling my medical issues and concerns. She is so patient and really makes me feel like she hears me and she understands . The new AI technology is different and felt like she was still trying to go about things as usual but the need to speak in a way so that AI transcription could understand did make the appointment feel different. I understand that new technology is the wave of the future and I am sure the appointments will go back to feeling seamless once she has had more is of the AI. Totally not her fault! I wouldn't trade her for any NP or Dr. in the world!!!

I am extremely pleased with the care Patricia M. Head has shown since becoming a patient of hers a few years ago. She takes her time in listening to what I am saying, thinking or feeling about my health issues. I never feel that she is trying to rush in or out of my appointment to get to the next patient. I genuinely feel that she cares for her patients and is vested in their health care and outcomes.
