  I appreciate Selina?s concern that my knee and foot remain swollen. I am thankful that she is very careful with protecting her patient?s health and making sure nothing adverse happens. She ordered an ultrasound to make sure no blood clots were contributing to the continued swelling. The test showed no blood clots so I was relieved and grateful for her proactive care.

  I simply felt disconnected with my new provider. Despite her being polite. This felt very business like. She never mentioned or shard next steps regarding my care. The info came second hand as I say waiting(expecting her to return), only to be told by the medical assistant that my visit was over.   My care with this physician was great! I felt comfortable and she reassured me about my problems it can b rectified with meds and nothing else is needed unless the pain persist.   He came off as very rude, arrogant, and just seemed bothered I was there at all for my problem.   The appointment felt a bit rushed so it was hard to ascertain PA Kyle’s concern for my care and my ability to be included in decision making regarding my care. I asked questions because the myriad of knee ailments were baffling and I’d never had that experience. I was very concerned. I am not sure if it landed with PA Kyle my level of concern. Again, it just felt rushed.

  The provider gave me no other recommendations as to treating my issue. She simply gave me an injection and sent me on my way. No mention of exercises I could or couldn’t/shouldn’t do, no mention of alternative treatments (ice/heat/stretches/splinting). Just gave me an injection and said goodbye. My issue has not been resolved and I do t know if I want to come back for my follow up…
